Our governance approach brings together strategic oversight, responsible decision-making, financial administration, risk management and the safeguarding of people and information. Programme oversight and safeguards
We design and implement programmes through context-specific assessment, community participation, transparent responsibilities and appropriate technical guidance. Environmental and land-use interventions are informed by relevant legal requirements, consultation, ecological considerations and safeguards. Programme teams monitor delivery, identify risks and use evidence to improve implementation.

We maintain financial management and reporting processes that support responsible use of resources and accountability to our stakeholders.
