Chief Executive Officer | GetCare Foundation

Evans Odoom is a development management professional and Chief Executive Officer of GetCare Foundation, with over a decade of experience in agricultural development, rural livelihoods, community engagement, and programme management.

He provides strategic leadership in advancing the Foundation’s institutional growth, research partnerships, resource mobilisation, and sustainable development initiatives.

His expertise spans agricultural value chains, climate resilience, food security, project development, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based programming. He has led initiatives supporting smallholder farmers, strengthening community institutions, and expanding economic opportunities for underserved populations.

His professional engagements extend beyond Ghana to several African countries, including Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, and Uganda, contributing to his regional perspective on development challenges and opportunities.

His leadership focuses on strengthening institutional capacity, fostering international collaboration, and developing scalable, research-informed programmes that translate evidence into measurable socioeconomic and environmental impact across Africa.
